Known on the “street” as thread veins, spider naevi, rosacea and angiomas, these vascular lesions occur when the small capillaries in your skin become dilated and present as red spots, larger lesions, or spread out giving rise to the name “thread” or “spider” veins.
Skin lesions which present as raised loose skin that are often darker in colour to your overall skin tone are benign, but often seen as a nuisance and cosmetic blemish. You can safely and effectively remove these “skin tags” with precision energy that targets and destroys the unwanted tag, while leaving the surrounding tissue untouched. That’s it!
Lumps, bumps and benign skin lesions can occur on the face or anywhere on the body, and can be removed utilising a highly focused beam of laser light with controlled penetration to strategically destroy micro-thin layers of the lesion until the area is flush with the surrounding skin.
Unlike the Nathaniel Hawthorne novel, birthmarks come in many different forms. The ones most commonly presented are port wine stains, strawberry naevae, or haedmangiomas. Vascular birthmarks (often red, purple of pink) caused by abnormal blood vessels in or under the skin often occur in the head and neck area, primarily on the face.
A nice sentiment, but most of us don’t really mean it when we say that we accept something with “warts and all”. Frustratingly, most wart treatments take weeks and are ineffective. At Skinfluencer, we don’t do “ineffective”.
This simple and effective procedure harnesses the antifungal properties of laser light to heat evenly throughout the depth of the nail and skin tissue, effectively weakening and killing parasitic fungi (onychomycosis or tinea unguium) which have infected your nails. A perfect starter kit for pedicure-worthy feet.
